Ordering Samples

• You can order up to 20 samples completely free of charge – you only cover the shipping cost.

• With each order, you may add an extra 20 samples, without increasing the shipping cost.

• If the number of samples exceeds 20, a one-time fee of 30 PLN is applied for preparation.

• There is no upper limit – you can order 21 or even 1000 samples, and the fee remains 30 PLN.

Note: When ordering a full color set (swatch book) of a given fabric, the system automatically counts the number of samples. If the total exceeds 20, the 30 PLN fee will be applied. Samples from different fabrics are added together.

How to order samples?

1. On the product page, under “1. Choose”, select one of the options:

   • “Free Sample” – to order a single sample.

   • “Swatch Book – All Colors” – to receive the complete color set of a given fabric.

2. In the field “2. Quantity”, enter the number of samples or swatch books you want to order.

3. (Applies only to the “Free Sample” option)
   In the field “3. Color”, select the fabric color and click “Add to Cart”.
   If in step 2 you entered e.g. “2”, you will receive two samples of the same color.

4. Click “Add to Cart”.
   You can repeat this process multiple times. In your cart, you will see if the 30 PLN fee has been applied.
